Long-term Lets
La Tannerie is ideally situated for those wishing to buy their own 'Place in the Sun' here in the Charente or the neighbouring Dordogne.
Within 100 metres are to be found four separate Estate Agencies, as well as banks, doctors, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
We remain open throughout the year and are on hand to help you with your property search if required. WiFi Internet is now available in all of our properties and we have the benefit of a strong mobile phone signal. A fixed telephone line is available in some of our properties.
We offer special rates on all of our gites for out-of-season long-term lets, with prices starting at just 350€ per month.

Bed and Breakfast
Outside of the main summer season we offer B&B accommodation at La Tannerie with a double room costing just 50€ per night.
La Tannerie holiday gîtes
La Tannerie is a group of holiday homes situated in the centre of the small market town of Chalais in the Charente near to its border with the Dordogne.
We offer our clients peaceful relaxation in a range of properties sleeping from 2 to 10.
Within the grounds are a large heated swimming pool, play areas for children and shady seating beside the stream.
Chalais has all you need - supermarkets and shops, bars and restaurants, doctors and dentists - and all within a short stroll of your gite.
