When we confirm the availability of your gîte we will make you a Provisional Booking that we will hold for 10 days.
We will ask you to complete a Booking Form which we will email to you.
On receipt of your Booking Form and Deposit we will send final confirmation of your booking.
The balance will be payable 8 weeks before your arrival date.

We can send you an Invoice for you to make an online payment using any standard card
Special rates are available for lets of longer than 2 weeks outside the summer peak season.
Chalais is a good central location for house-hunters wishing to look in the relatively inexpensive regions of Charente and Charente-Maritime, and we are only four miles from the ever-popular Dordogne.
We are also always available to offer support, advice, or simply to help with the language.
